This was the 3rd CER that Equiptec has built for Imperative Care Inc (ICI). ICI required a 3,500 sqft CER to manufacture different parts of their product with an additional 1,000 sqft CER that has humidity control.
Equiptec demoed the existing space and provided 1" thick concrete subfloor repair throughout. All HVAC units were removed and replaced with new.
The CERs were built with a large Gowning Room, Combine Material Transfer Room, Large CER and Small Humidity Controlled CER with Touchless Automatic Sliding doors w/ Interlock System, Electronic Magnenelc Gauges measuring the pressure In each room to ensure proper pressure cascade.
Celestica required the installation of two sets of large CNC machines.
Equiptec designed the foundations, submitted plans and pulled the permit.
Equiptec assisted the manufacture with installation of the CNC machines and then installed electrical power and lighting, CDA process piping and modified the Fire Sprinkler system to provide proper coverage for the new machines.
Equiptec framed, formed and finished large 48” deep foundations for both sets of CNC machines.
