ICI 2nd Floor Humidity Controlled CER

Description and objective
This was the 3rd CER that Equiptec has built for Imperative Care Inc (ICI). ICI required a 3,500 sqft CER to manufacture different parts of their product with an additional 1,000 sqft CER that has humidity control. Equiptec demoed the existing space and provided 1” thick concrete subfloor repair throughout. All HVAC units were removed and replaced with new. The CERs were built with a large Gowning Room, Combine Material Transfer Room, Large CER and Small Humidity Controlled CER with Touchless Automatic Sliding doors w/ Interlock System, Electronic Magnehelic Gauges measuring the pressure in each room to ensure proper pressure cascade.
This Build included a new Class A Breakroom, Restroom Core, Open Office, Lab Space and 2nd Floor Exterior Loading Dock so that the tenant could move new equipment in and out of the space as needed without disassembling the exterior glass.
