Description and objective
Imperative Care Inc. (ICI) outgrew their current facility and needed a space mostly dedicated to administrative office space. Equiptec worked closely with ICI, the Architect and Building Owner to develop a design that ICI couldn't wait to move into with a budget that the Building Owner was happy with.
Equiptec constructed new glass fronted conference rooms and offices around the entire building perimeter, with Class A Breakooms, Restrooms, Shower Room and a convertible Training Room/Event Space with folding panel wall with door. All Open Office was constructed with a clean lined open to structure design, complete with charcoal cap sheet and spiral ducted HVAC system.
The entire project was completed on budget and on-time during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.
